From Doing to Leading is a practical and focused course for individuals who want to grow in their role, take on greater responsibility, and prepare for future leadership opportunities. Rather than a long or theoretical management programme, this course offers a hands-on toolkit to help you understand how effective leaders think, plan, communicate, and follow through.
Participants work with real-life examples from their own workplace and develop a small improvement project they can actively influence. The course introduces simple, practical tools from management, servant leadership, communication, quality work, project management, and Agile thinking.
